1. How to register for a WooJoong Online Account?
Answer: Go to “REGISTER” button, click on it and it’ll bring you to the Sign Up page. Fill in your details accordingly and click “Register”.

2. Forgot/Lost Your Password?
Answer: You may go to “My Account” and click “Lost Your Password” https://www.woojoong.com”. After that, enter your “Email Address” and click “Reset

1. How do I track my order status?
Answer: You can track your order by clicking into the “Tracking Order” button at the top or at the bottom of the page.

2. Shipping Offer?
Answer: We do offer several shipping options such as courier home delivery service.

3. What are the shipping fees/rates?
Answer: Delivery is free purchase of RM150 and above in a single receipt. Purchase below RM150 will also incur a shipping fee of RM10 per order.

4. How do I check my shipping fee when placing an order?
Answer: Shipping fee will be displayed once you’ve selected the “Home Delivery” option for purchase below RM150.

5. When will I receive my order?
Answer: All delivery will take from 7-14 working days, unless stipulated otherwise: West Malaysia pickup within 3 to 7 working days. East Malaysia pickup within 7 to 21 working days. You’ll be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup.

6. Can I change my delivery address after my purchase?
Answer: Yes, you can. Just send an email to info@woojoong.com or call our customer careline at 012-3456789 to update your delivery address.

1. How can I cancel my order?
Answer: To cancel your order, you’ll need to sign in and click into your “Order History”, then search for the order you’d like to cancel.

2. How do I return an item?
Answer: To return large appliances, you may contact our customer careline by call or email and we will arrange our delivery or courier personnel to collect the item from you. For small appliances, you may also return to our office.

3. I received damaged/defective item, what should I do?
Answer: You can return it or request for an exchange upon receiving the order. Most orders are returnable within 7 calendar days upon receipt if they are incorrect, damaged or detective. The item is not the item your ordered. The model or colour is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging.
-Damaged: The item is found to be damaged upon receipt.
-Defective: The product is not functioning as described by the manufacturer.

*Certain items are not eligible to be returned or refunded. The item must be shipped back to us within 7 calendar days upon receipt (as proved by the postal or courier receipt). Item must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Item must be unused or has not been installed. All securely sealed items must not be opened, especially electronic items (unless our service centre can ascertain that they were found defective at the time of opening).

4. For which reasons can I return an item?

5. What is the WooJoong return policy?
Answer: You can return the item by sending it to our office for small items. For large appliances, a driver will be assigned to pick the item from your doorstep.

1. How do I place an order?
Answer: To place an order, simply select the product(s) you’d like to purchase and add them to cart. Then fill in your delivery details if you’ve never shopped with us before, and proceed to checkout.

2. Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?
Answer: Yes, a confirmation email will be sent upon completed payment.

3. I have ordered & completed payment. What should I do next?
Answer: Your order will be processed and you will be notified with a tracking number when your order is being delivered should you opt for delivery.

4. What are the payment methods available?
Answer: The payment options available are by direct debit or credit card.

5. Which credit/debit cards are accepted for payment?
Answer: All credit cards issued from major banks in Malaysia are accepted.

6. Do you keep my credit cards details?
Answer: Any personal information you disclose to us in handled with the strictest confidence.
